Hello ladies and gentlemen,

the Waiters Network is a new type of job marketplace where you won't have to search for a job! The companies that need employees will search for you and offer you a job themselves. 

There are plenty of jobs out there, and there will be many more once the Coronavirus pandemic is gone! That said, we know how hard it is to get to those good, high paying jobs! So, when you create your Profile on the Waiters Network, you have to make sure that it represents you in the best way possible! The hotels and the restaurants won't know what a wonderful person you are, and they will not select you for an interview if you don't have a profile that stands out!

Here it is how to make your Profile perfect:

1. Visit www.waitersnetwork.com, and you will land on Home Page 
2. Click on the bars in the upper right corner, and the menu will open for you.
3. Click on Register, and you will see this page where you will choose the Employee Icon.

   

4. You will land on this page, where you will fill out your personal information. No one will be able to see your CV, address, telephone, or email without your permission.

1. Choose and enter your password two times and click Register.
2. You can skip all of the above if you decide to register with your Facebook or Google account by pressing on one of the two.
3. You will go to your profile page, where the first thing you see is the warning that NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO ASK YOU FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON ON THE NETWORK! IT IS A FREE SERVICE FOR ALL!
4. Here you will upload your profile picture ( 800*800)
5. On this page, you will also fill out your "About" section: make sure you write a really good, short presentation about yourself because this is the first thing an HR expert from a hotel will read about you. Make sure you have no grammatical mistakes ( I am using the free service from Grammarly: https://grammarly.go2cloud.org/aff_c?offer_id=182&aff_id=60028
6. After you write the "About" section and upload your photo, click SAVE
7. You will remain on this page. Click again on the Bars in the upper right corner, and a menu will open for you
8. Click on Profile, and your personal page will open. You will see fields with:
9. JOBS - where you will put your previous jobs, starting with the most recent one and going backward
10. Skills and Knowledge - from a fall down menu, you should choose as many options as possible and select the level of mastery for every skill. Don't forget, the more skills you possess, the better chance you have to get selected for a top job
11. Education - list all your schools, courses, and training you have completed. The more - the better!
12. Experience - here you will choose from a fall down menu the type of restaurants, hotels, or bars you have worked through your whole career. Across from every type of experience you select how many years you have worked there! If you have worked under one year, select 1. 
13. Languages - every language matters. Even if you speak very little French, you should still list it and select a level LOW! Sometimes a very small detail tip the scale in your favor. Don't miss anything!
14.  The next thing to do is to upload your CV and referral letters. No one will have access to this information unless you allow them to! If a company wants to learn more about you and invite you to an interview they will send you a request to review your CV and referral letters. If you decide that the company is worth it and you are interested in the job, click allow and they will be able to see your personal info. If you think the company is not what you are looking for or you are not interested in a new job at the moment, reject their request and they won't be able to see your CV and other personal info.
15. Click Save and you have created a great Profile for yourself. My recommendation is to click the SAVE button after every change you make. Don't wait for everything to be done and click SAVE! Meanwhile, something could happen and you will lose all the data you have filled in!
16. Now you can go about your business! Just make sure to check your profile often so you don't miss on your first job offer you will receive!
17. If you are under pressure to find a job as soon as possible you can always search for a job the old fashioned way.
18. If I want to see if there are restaurant jobs near me, head to Home Page, and scroll down to the field Hotel Jobs Near me. All the waiter jobs close to you will be posted there.

It is very hard at the moment with the Hospitality Jobs because half of the World is closed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are the hardest hit industry and every waiter and waitress without a job finds it impossible to get another one in the food and beverage field! 

This situation will be resolved and having your profile on the Waiters Network will allow you to be the first one who gets a job offer as soon as the Hospitality Industry gets back in business!
