The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cure Bar & Bistro will work directly with the restaurant General Manager and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation. This person must have the ability to run Cure Bar & Bistro as a free standing entity and oversee the quality of service provided. Other responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of POS systems

Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience preferred

A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, effective communicator, schedule flexibility, be a team player and a motivational leader
