Previous experience working in a supervisory role in a bar as well as strong whiskey knowledge is beneficial.

Duties and tasks related to the Bar Supervisor role include

Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager in establishing the venue as a premier destination in the local neighbourhood

Take an active lead running shifts, in particular in the bar

Support the management team in creating an exciting, innovative bar menu

Connecting with guests upon arrival as well as through memorable goodbyes

Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling

Coaching and supporting the team to consistently achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
