These are the great things you will be expected to do

• You are the host behind the bar and provide our guests with delicious coffee creations and tea specialties every day
• You have good product knowledge to advise each individual individually and are familiar with our food and drink offer
• The portafilter machine will become your best friend and you will ensure safe and proper use
• You are responsible for the barista bar, ensure a well-tended workplace and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You are service-oriented and are available to our guests with your competent advice

What we look for in the perfect candidate

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a barista in the upscale hotel industry and / or system catering
• Strong communicator who confidently appears at team and middle management level within the company
• Good knowledge of human nature and ability to work individually and in teams
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Good interpersonal relationships paired with the ability to find new and innovative ways to offer our customers unforgettable moments
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
