The Barista will provide service in the Coffee Box, Alila Marea's retail and coffee shop. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders and selling retail merchandise. The Barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. 

Qualifications

At least one year of experience working in a coffee and/or retail shop.

Warm, welcoming verbal communication skills a must.

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced, luxury environment.

Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
