What you will be doing

Provides a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patron

Prepares and serves appetisers, snacks and other food items for guests

Ensures that the area is well sanitized and maintains a clean work area at all times

Has full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods (mixing, garnishing etc.)

Upgrades the menu by creating new beverages and refreshments

Replenishes bar inventory and supplies and maintain records on a regular basis

Ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed while handling food & beverages and all restaurant material, and in all other aspects

Your experience and skills include

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all tim

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitie

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in 5 Star Hotels 

Well versed in Microsoft Office, Opera & MICRO

Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a tea
