Summary

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on ones style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

CASCADES: 

Cascades, a Squaw Valley dining destination, features an exceptional breakfast with traditional favorites and seasonal items available for you to explore. The current menu at our breakfast buffet in Lake Tahoe includes local eggs and fruits from Tahoe Food Hub as well as meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City. Additionally, all jams, jellies, and honey are from Steven’s Farmhouse in Yuba City. A Bloody Mary bar, along with Mimosas and specialty drinks, round out fresh juices and made-to-order coffee drinks. 

SANDY'S PUB:

Sandy’s Pub is a comfortable Squaw Valley bar that is suitable for gathering families and friends to enjoy tasty appetizers, delicious pub-style meals and now featuring house-smoked BBQ! Burgers, beer, BBQ and incredibly fresh salads complement the full bar, wine list, and wide selection of cocktails.

SIX PEAKS: 

Indulge in innovative dishes prepared with distinct local ingredients at Six Peaks Grille. Our Executive Chef sources sustainable seafood, meats and herbs. Our current menu of Squaw Valley dining options includes produce from locally sourced gardens; meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno; chicken from Petaluma Poultry in Sonoma County; and local cheeses.

This role can be Full-Time, Part-Time or On-Call depending on your schedule availability
