Director Food & Beverage ensures detailed and exceptional operations of all Food & Beverage services to deliver exceptional experience while training staff and working with all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional F&B experience and service
- Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of service
- Ensure compliance with SOPs
- Manage all F&B Service staff
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Set targets, objectives, work schedules, budgets and SOPs
- Develop menus with other members of the F&B Team
- Work on continuous improvement
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of progressive experience with 5* luxury background
- Island experience will be a plus
- Must be able to install high-end Service Standards
- Food & Beverage creativity to generating world class standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Guest oriented with focus on personalized service
- Hands on approach running the operation
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team
- Excellent grooming standards
