Food & Beverage Manager

• Maldives, Asia

• Responsible for managing the day to day operations of Food and Beverage in order to meet and exceed customers’ needs and business requirements, whilst ensuring adherence to service standards.

• Assist in recruitment, selection. interview of F&B candidates

• Coordinate with the Training Manager regarding training needs of F&B Team

• Formulate and recommend changes to improve employees' performance and teamwork.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of all F&B facilities.

• Actively involved in the operation, ensuring that all standards are met and executed. To support outlets during peak hours and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

• Work closely with all Outlet Managers, Chefs, Chief steward and Director of Food and Beverage on cost controlling in all aspects.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 7 years work experience including 3 years in Managerial post.
• Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Creative and Innovative
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent command of English language
• Able to speak Russian, Arabic, or other European language is preferred
• Experience in luxury property is preferred
