We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to deliver exceptional service in all Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation at all times

Manage, motivate and train waiters

Ensure smooth flow on the floor

Ensure HACCP conformity

Upselling in all outlets 

Qualifications:

Over 5 years of progressive experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Guest oriented with focus on personalized service

Hands on approach running the operation

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team

Excellent grooming standards
