What you will be doing

Act as a source of knowledge when suggesting spirits, cocktails and other craft beverage

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful .

Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation method

Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverag

Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition

Is attentive to and respects guests' need

Helps increase customer loyalty through quality of service

Conveys an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and dining room.

 Recommends and promotes the F&B and bar offers. In a wider context, is familiar with the hotel's services and latest offer.

Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulation

 Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment use

 Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc.

Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.

Your experience and skills include

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time.

Bartending Experience

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
