Restaurant Manager

This role will give a great opportunity for an Experienced Restaurant Manager to coach and lead the Restaurant team of the new Staybridge Suites Dubai.
 
 
 •Epitomize whatever it takes attitude to increase revenue across the venue, Customer satisfaction and happiness is a top priority. 
 
 
•Restaurant Manager KPI’s will be signed off Quarterly, they must be attacked with ferocity and be beaten. 
 
 
•In conjunction with Finance, implement KPI’s for the venue team, All Levels of FOH and BOH.
 
 
•Ensure all Menu’s, Special’s and promotion are executed with highly level profitability.
 
 
•In conjunction with HR, Ensure all staff appraisals are done every 6 months / manage onboarding staff and off boarding processes as set by HR. 
 
 
•A professional, Happy and glass half full culture must be nurtured within the venue team. An opportunistic attitude that all problems are built to be solved be encouraged. 
 
 
•Ensure venue presentation and appearance is as per the brand guidelines menus, tableware, uniforms, interior decoration.
 
 
•Ensure a world class level of Hygiene, Cleaning and Maintenance is kept across the venue. 
 
 
•Ensure freshness and quality of food and beverage and that all menu items are served as per the recipe.
 
•Preferably staying in Dubai.
