At Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, we welcome individuals who are excited to join our unique wellbeing haven. Set to be Qatar’s largest wellness destination and the Middle East’s first wellbeing resort, located in Khasooma, a private coastal location at the north of Qatar.
We invite dedicated, passionate, creative, and committed candidates to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager responsibility includes maintaining the restaurant’s quality goals and ensures efficient and smooth restaurant operation, as well as maintains high discipline and productivity.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be and act as a leader, conduct Trainings for the team.
- Passion for healthy cuisine and culinary knowledge.
- Assist in the outlet’s budget preparation and achieving outlet business goals.
- Specialize in high dignitaries ‘Sequence of Service’
- Be knowledgeable about ‘Superfoods’, types of allergens, food preferences and guests’ intolerances.
- Perform up selling for all items based on guest profile
- Be committed to strategic objectives of quality, talent, growth, and value creation, with a focus on the Health & Wellness aspect.
- Strong hygiene knowledge, following and implementing the HACCP and ISO standard
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications in Hotel Management.
- Highly motivated and can handle work under pressure.
- Well-groomed and presentable, reflect the resort’s image.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
Minimum of 2 languages (English and Arabic is preferable)
