18) Handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

19) Monitor and replenish designated items on buffet table as assigned.

20) Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all service areas following procedures laid down in departmental manual.

21) Clean and reset tables immediately after guest departs in accordance with department procedures.

22) Replenish wares in side stations throughout shift.

23) Clean coffee machine and other beverage equipment as assigned to the established standards.

24) Complete closing duties as assigned:

a) Properly store all reusable goods.

b) Breakdown all food stations.

c) Breakdown all beverage stations.

d) Assist in breakdown of buffet station as assigned.

e) Restock items for next service.

f) Clean equipment as assigned.

g) Transport all dirty linen to Laundry.

h) Secure all supplies at shift end.

25) Leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
