You are a friendly professional with a passion for Hospitality and a vast knowledge about F&B service!
You have at least 3 years of experience in Fine Dining and you are familiar with Micro and Staff Scheduling!
You will lead a team of 12 waiters and you will work with international guests from all over the world so we need a person who is team-oriented and culturally aware!
Your daily duties include:
Team meeting and info
Guest's complaints handling
Financial and hygiene control of the premises
Setting up and preparing the restaurant for the next day
