It is the primary responsibility of the Food Runner – Paradise Cafe Restaurant to maintain assigned section and tables in a clean, sanitary condition while working in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure food delivery is outstanding and guest service is consistently achieved. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices and procedures.

• Communicate with Servers to ensure accurate food orders.
• Serve food in a timely manner.
• Ensure food is delivered to the correct guest.
• Help maintain restaurant's cleanliness by picking up trash and discharged items after delivering food.
• Place dirty dishes and utensils in proper order in bus carts and maintain clean supplies in cart.
• Performs all other job related duties as assigned.

Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 6 months of food service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in food industry.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
