Perivolas Lifestyle Houses in Santorini is looking to hire experienced waiters to join the Food and Beverage team of our restaurant, whichcaters exclusively to hotel guests, on a daily basis for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as pool and room service.

Job Description:

• Primarily responsible for catering hotel guests in food and beverage service.
• Interacting with guests in a professional and warm tone.
• Co-ordinate with members of the team, including servers and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
• Inform guests of the daily specials and be able to respond promptly to any requests.
• Have complete knowledge of the food and beverage menus (main ingredients, cooking methods, etc).
• Serve guests in the restaurant and pool area, as well as in their suites (room service).
• Handle complaints and inform supervisor accordingly.
• Ensure the area is kept tidy and clean at all times.
• Assist fellow teammates with other responsibilities if and when needed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by the management.

Experience and Skills:

• Hospitality Graduate or F&B related degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high end work environment
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Other languages are considered an advantage
• Knowledgeable within the F&B sector, with passion for more work experience
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while maintaining the high service standards
• Positive, honest and dynamic personality with teamwork spirit
