Position Description
- To provide passion, warm service to the guests.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu items offered at the outlet and awareness of popular items off menu and to promote and take orders for the guests.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
Position Requirements
- 1 or more years’ of experience in related area is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Satisfactorily communicate skills
