Your day to day

At the moment we're looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our team! The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. The supervisor would have to promote the desired work culture. Additional key responsibilities are: -To conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known in the absence of the manager -To endeavor to resolve all complaints during shift and to log all complaints in log book for further follow up -To supervise cash handling and banking procedures -To establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures -To deal with irregular payments -To supervise the maintenance of service equipment -To monitor standards of guest facilities and services -To control stock and monitor security procedures -To assist with menu and wine list creation -To supervise functions -To supervise outlet service
