The A HOTEL MYKONOS is looking to recruit for season 2021,

passionate waiter / waitress, to join the talented team of our Hotel

For the morning shift of the pool-bar - restaurant

This position is responsible for managing the hotel's breakfasts, all day & al cart menu.

Responsibilities

· Greeting guests with a genuine smile and willingness to assist

· Preparing and serving breakfast, all day & al cart menu.

· Preparing and serving coffees ,non alcohol and alcohol drinks

· Maintaining a clean and neat workplace

· Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction

· Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations

· Restock and replenish buffet breakfast area inventory and supplies

· Being responsible for billing, by making the right transactions (room/credit card/cash charges) and handling cash or credit cards accordingly

· Showing excellent knowledge and understanding of all bar and snack menus, promotions and special offers

· Upselling drinks and food

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter / waitress in a 4*or 5* star Hotel

· Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered as an asse

· Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written)

• An additional language will be appreciated

· Experienced in computer (POS handling etc)

· Customer service orientation

· Team player
