Greet and serve the guest by NOVOTEL standards of food and beverages in terms of quality, presentation, sanitation in a gracious and professional manner. 

.Follow up daily outlet operation task by helping and acting. 

.Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates. 

.Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.

·Self-motivate by consistently focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.

·Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

·Perform efficiently within the designated time frame.

·Adhere to opening and closing procedure

·Share recommendations and guest comments to Restaurant Supervisor and Restaurant Supervisor Management team to reflect current customer profile.

·Set up your service station and check, prior to outlet opening hour:

·Cleanliness of tables

·Cleanliness of chairs

·Follow all Novotel policies and procedures.

·Report to work on scheduled days at time by following uniform and appearance standards.

·Work as a team within the outlet and entire hotels

·Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.

·Be knowledgeable of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and concise way.
