About MeI am Nomathamsanqa Kopo, a 19-year-old culinary student completing my Highfield Level 3 Diploma for Professional Chefs (RQF) through CTIA, with graduation scheduled after 20 February 2026. I bring over 10 years of informal culinary training combined with hands-on hospitality experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments. I am currently employed at Total Ninja Northgate as a Marshal, Party Host, and member of the stock team, where I support guest services, beverage preparation, stock control, and daily operations in a high-volume setting. I also have front-of-house experience from my time working as a hostess at Indaba Hotel, where professionalism and guest satisfaction were key priorities. I am hardworking, adaptable, and eager to grow within a professional hospitality environment, contributing positively to exceptional guest experiences and team success.
